Health Care, Why There Are No New Cures

I have just lost an Uncle to Chemo therapy, it killed the cancer but also killed his immunity. Thankfully the tumors shrunk but, three days later he contracted pneumonia and suffocated. At least the doctors can say he didn’t die of cancer on their watch. This somehow is stupid, the only temporary cure for advanced cancer kills you. That brings me to why there are few cures in recent history.
